| We have a NO Refund Policy on all CD’s and DVD’s unless they are damaged or faulty, and then we will gladly replace them. All other products have a $10 restocking fee for shipping and credit card fees that are charged to us on every online order which are not refundable to us. Thank you for your understanding. | ||
